How to use the service
- Present your Chubb Life Care Card, together with your identity card, to the hospital official at the registration counter.
- The hospital official will verify your identity and eligibility for benefits.
- You will be informed of the total coverage. Any medical fees in excess of this total coverage will have to be borne by you.
