For more convenient and faster renewal premium payment, Chubb Life would like to introduce 'e-payment' which will allow Chubb Life customers to access more online payment channels as follows:
Chubb Life will send 'Payment Link' via SMS to the customer's mobile phone number 7 days prior to payment due date and 20 days after the due date (if premium has not been paid yet)
In addition, if offline payment is being preferred, Chubb Life customers can have the system generate QR code right away and there is no need to bring billing notice to banks and payment service counters anymore. Here are available channels;

You can apply for auto debit service from 5 banks i.e. Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank, Bangkok Bank, Krungthai Bank or TMB Thanachart Bank, through these channels:

To use this service, credit card’s owner must present his consent in the provided form ‘Auto debit service from credit card for renewal year premium payment’ by filling out and signing on the form. (Please read through terms and conditions on the form before signing.)
