- For the first-time user, click ‘Create an account.’
- Fill in your National ID Number or Passport and your Date of Birth to allow the system to check the database of policyholders.
- Your contact information, including your email and mobile phone number, will appear. You need to select either email or mobile phone number to use as the username when logging in to the system next time. After that, the OTP will be sent to the selected channel.
- Please fill in the provided OTP in 10 minutes after it is sent to your selected channel in the previous step.
- Enter a new password and confirm the password for logging in to MyAccount.
